Fashion brands pay reparations for historic injustices against workers and remedy any instance of wrongdoing, including current and future labour rights violations and harms caused by maladaptation. Every worker can easily seek justice without fear of retaliation. National labour authorities are well financed to effectively monitor the fashion industry and ensure all companies follow the law.
