A participatory process is a sequence of participatory activities (e.g. first filling out a survey, then making proposals, discussing them in face-to-face or virtual meetings, and finally prioritizing them) with the aim of defining and making a decision on a specific topic.

Examples of participatory processes are: a process of electing committee members (where candidatures are first presented, then debated and finally a candidacy is chosen), participatory budgets (where proposals are made, valued economically and voted on with the money available), a strategic planning process, the collaborative drafting of a regulation or norm, the design of an urban space or the production of a public policy plan.

Om processen

Many thanks for all your contributions on the different themes for the manifesto!

Those were numerous and each one very valueable for developing our joint Just Transition Manifesto of the Clean Clothes Campaign.

The manifesto editing and writing committees have carefully read through all proposals and survey results and feedback and harvested from these the following draft manifesto parts.

We invite you now to critically examine, comment, vote on and amend these till 31st January 2026!

Participate!
Make sure your voice counts and give your feedback on time!

You can also read the full draft HERE to get an overview.

Your votes, comments and amendments will be used to refine the Just Transition Manifesto of the Clean Clothes Campaign.
Voting with a Green card means you support the content of this proposal (you can still comment and/or suggest amendments), yellow means you can live with it but you do not particularly like or dislike it (of course you can also comment/amend), a red card means you do not agree with this content (please comment or amend!).

Please prefer commenting or amending existing official proposals by the Manifesto Editorial Comittee and only make new proposals if you want to really add a new topic/thread.

To amend click on the three dots in the upper right corner just above the proposal text.

After your comments we will come together in the Youth meets Workers Forum from 25th to 27th March in Belgrad and finalize the manifesto.
