Too many topics are summarized here. It would be better to deal with ecological and labour law priorities individually. Throwing too many aspects together is irritating: What do trade unions have to do with waste production, for example? Should trade unions operate sewage treatment plants? The climate crisis and poor pay, working hours and overtime are not directly related and do not require the same solutions, even if they have similar structural causes in some cases.
Interactions may have to be explained in a more differentiated way - but climate change, for example, is never the only driver of overtime, even if it can contribute to it.
