I think we need clear ratios for profit sharing between brands and their supplier factories, and their workers and the workers of supplier factories, and that where feasible, unions should ensure that conversations about profit-sharing and wages should take into account the living wages not only of workers working for the brands, but also workers working at supplier factories.
