It can become just another greenwashing buzzword. Brands are starting to promote repair and recycling programs while still producing clothes in exploitative conditions. I think any circular initiative should be legally required to disclose how it affects workers across the supply chain

What kind of circular initiatives are you thinking of? When it comes to labels or the digital product passports it would be an option to include social aspects next to the environmental requirements. However, I in general do not believe that this way worker's rights are truly addressed. It seems to put the responsibility on the 'reasonable 'consumer for example to buy 'responsible'.
